Shizuoka is the largest green tea growing region in Japan. Shizuoka is known for its great quality of green tea. Our culinary matcha is made from Tencha leaf grown in Shizuoka.

Contains 100% matcha powder, no additive. Stronger matcha taste compare to classic or ceremonial grade, suitable for culinary or kitchen use.

It's good for blending with coffee, dessert or smoothies. This is a cheaper but still a good choice for matcha latte.  For those who prefer better grade with higher umami, Midori Matcha or Meiko Uji Matcha are good candidate for culinary.
