In general, organic Matcha is not suitable for making Koicha because it has lower sweetness compare to conventional Matcha from same grade. After years of searching, we discover organic Matcha which is good for Koicha. Matcha from Kagoshima is well-known for its good aroma and low astringent. This Matcha is a very good candidate for Usucha too. Only limited quantity at this moment.
